Nana Bakes / Privacy
Privacy policy
The current version prioritizes local content and on-device records. It does not require an account or upload your baking journal to the cloud.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy describes the actual behavior of the released version 1.2. If we introduce accounts, cloud sync, remote content or third-party services, we will update this policy and the App's privacy information before those features become available.
1. Information we handle
Nana Bakes is created by Nana Loves Bread (嗯呐爱吃面包). The current default catalog has 13 recipes tested by Nana (3 free and 10 full-access recipes). Earlier synthetic examples are kept only for compatibility with existing records and are not included in the default catalog. The App saves the current recipe, target batch size, guided steps, favorites, baking records and finished-bake photos you actively choose on your device.
The current version does not require your name, phone number, contacts or precise location. Photos are written locally only when you use the photo picker and actively save a baking record; browsing recipes does not automatically upload photos.
2. Local storage and export
Guided-baking progress, language choice, favorites, records and photos are stored locally on your device. You can actively export completed records as JSON and use the system share sheet. Local data may not be recoverable after deleting the App or clearing its data. The current version has no account system or cross-device sync.
Reminders are optional local notifications. If you deny notification permission, guided-baking progress and records can still be used locally.
3. Website visits
This website introduces the product, provides support information and publishes policy pages. Website hosting and security services may process technical information needed to handle network requests, such as IP addresses, browser type and request time. The relevant hosting providers handle this information under their own privacy policies. The current website does not offer public account registration or user content uploads.
4. Information you choose to send us
If you contact us by support email, we use the email address and problem description you provide to reply, troubleshoot and improve the product. We do not use them for advertising unrelated to your issue.
5. Third-party services and purchases
The App Store, your device's operating system and website hosting services each handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. The full-access purchase is processed through Apple's StoreKit/App Store. The App does not access your bank card details or Apple Account password. The current version has no advertising SDK or third-party behavioral analytics SDK.
